Welcome to our lovely home! We bought this house just over 2 years ago now and have, over this period, renovated it both inside and out. The home features a large kitchen/dining room space (which is perfect for entertaining), a spacious living room with NOT ONE, BUT TWO adjoining playrooms (we have a very lucky son!), a downstairs toilet, 2 king-size double bedrooms (one of which has a modern en-suite). 1 twin bedroom and a nursery, which has 1 single cot bed. Please let us know upon booking whether you require the nursery. Maximum of 6 adults. To the front there is a double driveway and to the rear, there is an enclosed, family friendly garden. This is mostly laid to lawn and there is a playhouse and garden toys available for little ones to enjoy. To the side of the house, is another garden which contains our newly renovated outdoor, heated swimming pool, sun loungers and 8 seater dining table and chairs. Please note: as this is our family home, there will be some personal possessions remaining.

Our home is situated in Hilperton, a village on the outskirts of Trowbridge in Wiltshire. There are lots of things to do and see nearby including Stonehenge, the city of Bath with it's Roman Baths, Lacock Abbey (where they filmed some of the Harry Potter films!), other National Trust sites such as The Courts Garden in Holt, Longleat Safari Park, the pretty town of Bradford on Avon, canal walks, Shearwater lake, cinemas, restaurants, activity centres for children etc. There is something for everyone and all within a maximum of a 40 minute drive!
