United KingdomVery quaint, very cosy, very good for a 1 bed room. The location is ideal on the promenade, open and spacious. Allowing pets takes the strain off having to place them in a kenel or other.

United KingdomLocation.....on the front, just a few minutes walk to the centre. We had a room at the back which had a view over St Annes.....very pleasant. Breakfast was good in the large dining area. Would certainly stop here again.
