We stayed in a deluxe room which was lovely (however the walls were a bit dusty). We thought the room was lovely but disappointed with the facilities available as there was no bar or anywhere to order a snack!

Lovely rooms with nice finishing touches and stocked fridge and goodies. All the staff are super friendly and helpful - we couldn’t ask for more. We had amazing breakfasts delivered to our room and enjoyed a wonderful meals up the road at both Milsoms and Le Talbooth restaurants , with a lift there and back each evening . The kids especially enjoyed the pool - the pool area and pool house is stunning and we were so lucky with the weather. It’s really close to the centre of Dedham so we had easy route to get to the river to do some kayaking as well - only a few mins drive! Absolutely wonderful break. we will certainly be back.

Been here many times now, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble . The beds are really comfortable. The bonus is that you get taken back and forth to Milsoms and le Talbooth so no driving involved The food at Talbooth is excellent, Milsoms more casual, but again, great food.

  • Hi, I understand you are dog friendly? Could you confirm what areas of the hotel dogs are allowed in? And do you have a room with access to outside?

    Yes we are Dog friendly and dog's can go anywhere in the hotel as long as they are with you. When dining dog's are welcome at Milsoms on the patio, but not at Le Talbooth. We have 2 principle & 1 Deluxe that have outside access.
