    Hi Yes im afraid so, we have no ground floor rooms. there are 13 steps to the first floor. hope that helps Helen

  • Have you WiFi and off road parking, thsank you.

    Hi we have wifi but no off road parking of our own im afraid, however there is a small car park about 200yrds from us, no charges no restrictions and no reservations Hope that helps

At present when we are able to open to guests we are only opening 50% of our rooms, it means that guest will have more space. we may yet do breakfast to the rooms, but will relook at this procedure often. We are a small friendly guest house, offering clean and comfortable accomodation, great food and great company. always happy to help please just talk to us, no matter how small we aim to help. Toiletries in bathroom, ( shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, body cream and vanity kit) not replenished everyday, but if you have forgotten anything let us know, we may be able to help.

we are husband and wife, no employees, doing all that is needed ourselves. we pride ourselves on the cleanleness and comfort of our guest accomodation

We are situated about 4mins walk from the quiet seafront of North Denes. around 15min walk to town or entertainment areas and the seafront of central beach.
