Location isn't pretty but it is convenient. Full English breakfast was a bit small for my husbands appetite. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Cocktails are pretty expensive though

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

Clean. Spacious room. Outstanding en-suite. Unfailingly courteous and helpful staff. Terrific menu with excellent meals, locally sourced ingredients (venison pie to die for). Nothing too much trouble. Flexible re check in/out if possible (but pre-arrange). Perfect for the theatre/cinema (two minute stroll).

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!

The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.

The area of Malvern is beautiful as always but we did not actually visit the town of Malvern this time. When we have previously visited the town we found it had character but a bit of a challenge for older folks due to it being hilly. It is still worth a visit though.
A wonderful stay at this lovely establishment. Mark and Alex could not have been more friendly and helpful. We arrived without having booked any evening restaurants but it was no trouble for Mark to find and book these for us (and transport too!)
All the rooms were spotless with the appearance that they had been recently decorated.
The cooked breakfasts were superb.
Having picked a good week for the weather, a couple of early evenings were spent in the tranquil garden with a bottle of wine. So relaxing!
The Snug is one of the best B&B I have ever been to. It is super clean and cosy. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Amazing decoration and everything we need are provided and surpassed our expectations. Parking is free and easy, just parked by the roadside. The hosts, Michael and Heather, are incredibly kind and friendly. We were surprised by the fresh bread, butter & jam, eggs, milk and juice provided that save us from urgent grocery shopping for the first day breakfast.
Location in the tiny village of Birtsmorton at the southwest corner of Worcestershire (within easy reach of Great Malvern and the Malvern Hills) is stunning. We only stayed for one night so didn't want to go too far afield, and loved spending time on the cabin's veranda watching the ever-changing view of sheep on the hill opposite. Also took a pleasant stroll to the nearby traditional, friendly Farmer's Arms pub for a drink in the evening- perfect!
This hotel is cozy and has style. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, in the middle of the Malvern Hills. It is 10 minutes by car to Malvern. Many people come for hiking. The food is good. The rooms are very tidy, clean, and of classic style. You see that the hotel has a soul and is being taken care of. We stayed in a family room and had a real nice bed for our child. Very quiet at night.
We augmented our stay for a little longer than had initially been planned. Stylish, spotlessly clean and lovely. Centrally placed to everything in Malvern. Easy to park and yet just a few moments walk from the lovely independent shops in Great Malvern. Everything is here in the apartment that one could need. On two floors it feels more like a house and feels very private.
The hosts were very friendly and eager to ensure every guest’s stay was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with all expected facilities and there was a good choice of excellent breakfasts. A small family run hotel which couldn’t be bettered. A good parking area was available, a delightful garden, a lounge and honesty bar. We couldn’t have been more at home.
An excellent stay in this hotel positioned in the middle of the Malvern Hills with very friendly, helpful staff, excellent food - breakfast and dinner. We loved the location enabling us to have beautiful evening walks on British Camp providing us with lovely views to the Welsh Mountains and the Worcester Beacon. Good parking beside the hotel. Highly recommended
Such a lovely night's stay at the Cotford Hotel. Really convenient for walking to and from town (even in the rain!), friendly staff, a cosy single room, and a gorgeous breakfast in the morning! Just wish the weather had been a little nicer to make better use of the fantastic garden!
The position of and resultant views from the hotel were great. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly, yet professional and efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
Direct walking access up on to the Malvern Hills was fantastic!
The hotelroom we booked had a very nice view, good location although on a rather busy road. They were upgrading the hotel at the moment we stayed by putting a large terrace next to the hotel. The hotel has easy access to the Malvern hills.
Parking area next to the hotel.
View was brilliant looking over Malvern. Food was good as usual for Wetherspoons. Parking was very nearby in fact for £1.50 you can park overnight between 16.00 hours and 8.30am next morning on a council car park behind the Unicorn Hotel just over the road.
The bar area was nice and much better than most hotel bars, felt like a proper pub.
Nice touch of sweets in the room.
We’re accommodating to let us leave a bike in the laundry room overnight.
Location excellent in the heart of Great Malvern. Felt safe in the hotel and happy with Covid measures that are in place. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice for me.
Historic hotel. Superb breakfast. Free parking. Size of room and bathroom. Good shower and towels. Tea and biscuits.
In town centre. Speedy daily room cleaning.
