    We're pet-friendly! We love to welcome your furry friends, as long as they are domesticated and relatively small (under 12kg). There is a cleaning fee of £25 per week to ensure we maintain hygiene standards and we provide a bed & bowl if needed.

  • Does the hotel serve vegan breakfasts? What time is late checkout available until and would there be a charge? Are there discounts for NHS workers?

    Yes, we have vegan options for breakfast. 12pm is our usual check out time. Our late check out fee is £19 to leave at 2pm. We are not offering any discounts for NHS staff at this time. However we are apart of the Night On Us scheme.

  • Do I need to present the credit card used to book a prepaid reservation, as it's impossible for this to happen?

    Yes, you will need to present the Credit card you used to make the booking as per our stated policy. We will then pre-authorise a small amount that will be released when you check out. Otherwise, you can bring a different Credit Card in the name of the person staying, along with a form of government-issued ID.   • Hi we are a family of 5, our children are 15, 13 and 11 years old. Can the kids stay in a separate room to the parents? Do you have adjoining rooms?

    Our Quadruple room is suitable for up to 4 guests. It has 2 double beds in a large underground room, a skylight, separate toilet and shower, and all the standard amenities. We also have a limited number of adjoining Medium Double & Twin Room sets.

  • Do you allow dogs to stop over?

    Thanks for contacting MAMA! MAMA 💕 furry friends to visit, but asks that they be no bigger than 12kg and kept under control on a lead when in the hotel. For cleaning MAMA charges a £25 fee every 7 days and asks you to sign a Pet Promise waiver.
