“The two Male staff on duty during my stay - both who have worked with the hotel for 2 decades, are absolutely exceptional- they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and felt secure, they were more than staff - they showed me the way to the hospital, made sure I was feeling ok on my return & made trip a pleasure. I was nervous. These staff are testament to this hotel - they welcome guests into thier premises. I will return purely because of them - I know they'll remember me & I feel proud to have met them both. This is my new favourite hotel in London.”
