“We celebrated my sister's hen party and it was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, and Vicki Jaggs, the events coordinator was absolutely brilliant. She confidently answered all my questions, accommodated us excellently and was simply fantastic. I would highly recommend holding an event there. The rooms was nice, spacious, the bathroom was clean and well laid out and the bed was really comfortable.”

“Food was excellent, the staff very friendly but all very young and needed some guidance,/training in service For instance my colleague order a small bottle of beer he requested a glass and she bought him over a pint glass for small bottle beer, they also tried to clear our table whilst I was still eating, never came back to see if everything was ok or if we required anything”

“Came for a wedding and stayed two nights. Room was very spacious and clean with all facilities in the bathroom. Room was a little dated and probably needs some updating as it was quite hot in there with two fans going and windows open. There was a light in the bathroom hanging down but overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“Well set up for COVID with levels of social distancing and masks being worn, plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the building. Room was of a good size with a comfortable bed, nice to have the option of room service throughout due to the current pandemic situation. Easy to ask for additional towels etc with housekeeping when needed during stay, as rooms were not entered/ changed. Room was very quiet even though at front of hotel. Excellent free wifi throughout the hotel. Good health facilities could be used - pool, gym etc if wished. Beauty salon just re-opened. Food was tasty and large portions for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”
