Location was great.Really like the fact that there was a Sauna/Steam room.Library.Cinema room. Liked the communial areas. Dog friendly. Will even supply dog bed and bowls.

The location was great. Can not comment on the staff as booked in and checked out remotely which was understandable with the pandemic. Room was very clean and spacious. Really friendly little village and would recommend Ruthin and the Manorhaus. Really chilled weekend.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was well laid out and our dog was provided with a bowl and dog bed. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and we would recommend it. There was plenty of choice on the menu. Breakfast was also delicious and cooked to order.

Greeted by friendly helpful staff, very comfortable with the covid regs. Beautiful garden for us to sit in. Extremely cosy room with everything we needed and was even provided with a parking permit. Shower was out of this world. Overall a really good please to stay.

The location was fabulous and the room was lovely would definitely stay here again ,, we didn’t have breakfast , there was tea and coffee facilities in the room and you could restock anytime with the items left on a windowsill all in all brilliant ,,,

We did not eat at this hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness were exemplary. Two easy chairs in the room were a bonus. The real coffee provided was also very welcome. We asked for a quiet room and we were given one and that made a difference too.

  • I’m just about to book for Saturday & Sunday but I can’t see if our room would be dog friendly ?

  • Tempted to book for new years eve. Do you take bookings for dinner or are you full New Years Eve ? and what price is an evening meal . Cheeky but will you throw breakfast price in with room. Noticed Middleton Grill another option , but not knowing Ruthin did not wish to arrive and have no food in the evening. You might make alternative suggetsions to eat but guess last minute and places likely to be booked up. Thanks for prompt reply

    Hi we still have some space but places very limited, and as it is a pre-order dinner we would need to know by end of day today. Menu is available online - click on menu tab festive'19. Travel and Online Travel agency rates are always room only. Breakfast inclusive rates available by booking direct. Residents NYE dinner is offered at the 10% discounted rate noted on the menu.
