The room was very comforting and the staff were extremely accommodating as I asked for a pet free room due to allergies. I didn’t get the gorgeous woman’s name who checked me in but she was an A1 professional. It was so easy to come and go during the day and night. It was a nice 15 minute walk to the city center. I felt safe even during the night time walks from town to the hotel. I will definitely return!

We were given a call prior to visit to explain the current Covid situation and what would be different which was very reassuring. On arrival this was backed up and the signage and organisation was excellent. The room was comfortable and bathroom very spacious. The breakfast is first class as is the attentiveness of the staff. I would recommend visiting Mansion House and will use the Guest House again next year.

The welcome glass of wine on arrival was a nice touch. The view from the sea view room was perfect although up 70 stairs ( i counted them), my own fault i did ask for a room on the upper floor. The breakfast was as good as any I've had in hotels around the world. I would highly recommend this establishment.
