Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15 per person per night in a crib.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 54 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of cribs in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Marlin Apartments Empire Square accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in.
Please note that Marlin Empire Square operates a strict no party policy.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is an option for guests to upgrade to superfast 100Mb broadband during their stay, as well as booking additional services such as in-room spa treatments, and a breakfast/pre-prepared 3-course evening meal in advance of your stay.
Failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.

Please note that on weekends, a security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. That's about 275.48USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
