The hotel is very old and impressively kept looking so well. Very welcoming on a cold winter's day.
United KingdomLovely place. Dining room and lounge were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. The location was close to everything.
United States of AmericaIt has a grace and elegance unlike a lot of hotels, without feeling old fashioned. The staff are so friendly and willing to help in any way they can, I booked for one day with my daughters and the staff made me wish I could stay longer. The breakfast was filling and used high-quality produce, I enjoyed the full Yorkshire but there were options for all dietery requirements or current fads.

United KingdomI loved everything about this stay. I asked for higher floor and quiet facing room, and granted. It’s a few stairs up but the staff helped me with luggage both at checkin and checkout. The location is away from central crowds but in easy walking distance. I loved the town house itself so much too.

United KingdomGood location, not far from the Museums, classic look makes feel I’m in Psycho the film, beautiful chic carpet, the room makes me feel like I don’t want to leave, the good quality of the hair conditioner but too bad I couldn’t find it in any shop. And I like the cat, makes the hotel unique.
