The property was very clean and staff very helpfull. High speck accomodation
United KingdomCheck in was smooth, thanks to the host Sue, who was only a text away if you had any questions. The location of the apartment was pretty central with everything within walking distance. The apartment consisted of lounge/diner, shower/bathroom and spacious bedroom, an adequate space for two. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and had a homely feel, with all the usual facilities you would expect from a self catering board basis. We were on the ground floor which was ideal for us. There is no designated parking, but we were very fortunate during our stay to get a spot opposite the apartment and we knew this before booking. Porthcawl is a lovely little place and has a vibrant cafe culture, amazing harbour, beautiful beaches and is also a great place for a base to explore other great places in South Wales, such as Pendine Sands, The Mumbles and Swansea to name a few. We would also recommend The Saltwater Inn (Porthcawl) for a great meal out, but would advise booking.
