Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 3 Bedroom semi-detached house situated in an elevated semi rural position via a footpath benefiting from views of Surrey Countryside. 10 minutes walking distance from picturesque village of Godstone with its gastropubs and cafes. South of Junction 6 of M25, 15 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport . Oxted and Caterham are easily accessible by 10 - 12 minutes bus rides and their restaurants and main line train stations to central London. The property is within walking distance of scenic views, historic landmarks and Godstone farm. Ideal for countryside walks, bike rides, pubs and a choice of golf courses are also in the vicinity.
12th century St Nicholas Church is a 2 minute walk up the road. Bay Pond nature reserve is 5 minutes walk along the footpath to Godstone Village. Godstone flower farm with quality fresh fruits, vegetables and local sourced produce, with its Bistro restaurant is only 10 minutes walk up the road. Local attractions and amusements include Godstone farm and barns for children and Godstone Vineyard.
