I always stay in the Lairds Suite now and I love it. The first couple of times I visited, I booked a room in the stables, which was roomy and wonderful. The Laird’s suite is also very large and comfortable. The bathroom is huge with an oversized spa tub as well as a wonderful shower. The grounds at Meldrum are spectacular with many places to walk. I particularly enjoy their little pond with a beautiful swan.

Traditionally decorated and featuring many fine antiques, objets d'art and ancestral portraits, the hotel has spacious rooms. Each room has its own individual style and unique character. Every room has stunning views of the estate and the surrounding Aberdeenshire countryside. Each room has a private bathroom, plasma flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. The restaurant offers traditional Scottish cuisine combined with an international flavor. From gourmet cuisine to lighter snacks, the menus change daily to reflect the best and freshest seasonal ingredients available locally.
