The location is great, very central, we walked everywhere during the day. Breakfast was included and I was shocked how amazing it was, full menu and the staff couldnt be more accomodating. It seems that the genuinely want you to have a great stay and they definitely acheived that! Will always revisit now!

Location is great. Short walk to three different tube stations. Right next to Regents park. We arrived around noon time . The front desk let us check-in early which is important to us as we just had a overnight flight from the U.S. Room is a bit smaller than I expected but it is pretty clean. The lobby on the first floor is smaller and always crowded.

  • Hi, I’m booking 2 rooms & on Booking it says interconnecting rooms. What does this mean please?

    Interconnecting rooms or connecting rooms indicate that the rooms are connected with each other by additional door within the rooms. It allows an instant access to the other room and is perfect for families with teenage children.

  • Hi, can you please advise if the level lounge is exclusive to level rooms only and exactly what is offered to customers as there are conflicting reviews?

    Level Lounge is only available for clients who booked a room in The Level category. A Level bedroom includes breakfast, complimentary hot/soft drinks and nibbles throughout the day(10:30-22:30) and a daily cocktail with alcoholic drinks(18:00-20:30)

    Yes, currently is been refurbished, however, we offer free complimentary vouchers to access a gym in the hotel area, within a walk in distance

  • Are the common areas accessible after 10:30pm?

    Dear guest, certainly you can access our hotel anytime as we are opened 24/7. If you arrive at night, however, for respect with other guests we will require to remain quiet in common areas.

  • What is the nearest transport from Gatwick airport to hotel

    Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, then Underground take Victoria Line to Warren Street Station. Then walk 7 minutes to the hotel.
