We had a beautiful room with a huge comfortable bed . There was a pool jacuzzi and gym but we didn’t use them. The Hotel was very nicely decorated with high ceilings and a beautiful function room. We had a good meal in the restaurant . Breakfast was excellent.

  • Are we free to use the pool anytime and do you have to pay every time to get in it?

    The gym and pool facilities are complimentary for hotel guests to use however, you need to book a time slot with the leisure club directly. You will also require a small deposit should you wish to use a locker.

    Hi, sorry for the delay. Yes you can however you just need to call the pyramid leisure in advance so you can have a booking slot to be able to use the facilities

  • Hi, I’m trying to book a room for my husband and 2 children and it is saying that I have to book two rooms? I have stayed before and only needed one?

    sorry for the delay. We had to take the option to be able to book just one room for 4 guest. you can book a suit and request to add 2 Z beds for the kids which will be £20 extra for each Z bed
