Merlins is a beautifully presented modern five bedroom house with parking for two cars. A short walk from Porthkidney Beach and the West of Cornwall Golf Club, and within a short drive of St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, Gwithian and Godrevey, Merlins is perfectly situated to explore. Within easy walking distance there is a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes.. The large open plan lounge/dining room has a Smart TV and ample seating. There is a large table that comfortably seats ten. The patio doors give access to the courtyard garden. The well equipped kitchen has an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A separate utility room is fitted with WC and washing machine. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe. There is also an en-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin. Also on this floor, is a twin room with hanging space and a double room with ample storage. The family bathroom is located on this floor and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. On the second floor is a further kingsize bedroom and a twin room. There is also a further bathroom with bath with shower over. There are two parking spaces, one at the rear of the property and the second in a private garage. Merlins is dog friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend with you please let us know, all we ask is an additional small charge per dog - On-Site Parking for Two Cars, The parking space dimensions are 2.2m wide and 4.5m long. The garage parking dimensions are 2.0m wide and 6.1m long and 2.0m high - Equipment Provided: Fitted Stairgate - Please note, the living room has a feature fire that is not operational - Access Statement: Merlins is accessed from the parking space via one small step through the back door. Access is also possible through the front door of the holiday home with no steps. Please note, Merlins is located over three floors and guests’ will be required to climb stairs.
