Suitable for a professional guest as well as families ideally located in the heart of Chelmsford but in a quiet street, many restaurants and coffee shops within minutes’ walk as well as Chelmsford County Cricket Ground and the Civic Theatre. The property is conveniently located close to many of Essex popular wedding venues making it a great base for guests. Anglia Ruskin University is just 5 minutes walk.

This modern townhouse set over three floors, comprising of Lounge/Kitchen with integrated appliances, two king size Bedrooms with Modern Shower-Room and full family bathroom, Central Heating, separate office idealy set for home working. On site parking is available for one small car. We recommend that you drive into the garage, by doing so the bonnet of the car will fit under the dropped area at the back of he garage meaning most cars will fit in the garage, this also allows more room on the drivers side for easier access.

Chelmsford is proud to be one of the newest cities in the UK, having been granted city status in 2012 as part of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Hylands House is a Grade II-listed villa in Hylands Park, on the western edge of Chelmsford. In 2018 it featured in filming for The Crown season three, doubling as the White House.
