Lovely old house in nice grounds Tracey and Steve where lovely hosts

It was an amazing find we had a great weekend in a stunning location. With children age 3 and 7 four adults and two dogs it is not always possible keep everyone happy the mobile home on the site of the BB and ticked all boxes. Highly recommended and we are planning on returning for a longer stay.

The mobile house exceeded our expectation. The owner , Tracy and Steve are so thoughtful, prepared everything for us before we arrived. Children loves the outdoor facilities and indoor entertainment ( sky tv, Netflix, DVD player) . We had a lovely holiday there.

Experience World-class Service at Molland Manor House Bed & Breakfast

This award-winning B&B is a 13th-century manor house with large rooms with attached bathroom, many original features and plenty of charm and luxury.

Molland Manor House Bed & Breakfast is located in a country village between Sandwich and Canterbury. Sandwich is 2 miles away and the ferry ports at Dover are easily reached by car. the property is set behind ancient lime trees in 2.5 acres of beautiful grounds. It is surrounded by farmland, but the center of the nearest village is just 5 minutes' walk away.

Inside each of the spacious bedrooms there is an private bathroom with a shower and White Company toiletries. There is also full Sky TV and BT Sports package, a DVD player, a fridge and a microwave in the rooms. All have a seating area with views of the garden.

On arrival at Molland House you can enjoy tea and homemade scones. Families with children of any age are welcome. There is plenty of choice at breakfast, including a full English breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Fresh fruit salad, juice, breads and freshly baked pastries, preserves, a choice of fresh coffee a hot chocolate and a variety of 15 teas.

    Hi it is open but separate from the main house, plus there is absolutely nothing near. Also it is hard wired in so it fast . Tracy

    Hi in answer yes we do, room 5 has a large walk in shower and a small bath, room 2 has a spa bath with shower over bath, room 3 has a large round spa tub with shower over it and room 4 has huge walk in shower plus a spa bath

  • Hi do you have a hot tub and how much is the use

    The Hot tub is for the Lodge and is £15 a night, we are about to get a hot hub and swim spa for the B&B and expect this early August and will be free for guests to use. If the Lodge is not occupied we don’t mind you using it.

The property dates from 1262 and is the original Manor house of Ash Village, it even has its own chapel/chancel in the local Ash Church. We are 5 star with a gold award and won best B&B for 2015

We started doing B&B in 2003 and have been renovating the property at the same time. Steve is a plumber & builder which is very useful when undertaking such a huge project. Tracy was a Bank Manager with experience working in restaurants.

We are ideally placed with lots of things to do, we are minutes away from Wingham Wildlife park, we are the closest accommodation to them, the park is great for all ages. Howletts zoo is 10 minutes away, Sandwich is just 2 miles away and Canterbury 8 miles, Dover Castle is about 15 minutes and Leeds Castle 30minutes. We are very close to a number of beaches and 10 minutes from a number of major golf courses.
