Hi. We have excellent access onto the A12, at a point where it is single-carriageway and restricted to 50mph. Our entrance is wide enough to accommodate vehicles simultaneously pulling in and turning out, and has signage that can be read at night.

Hi Jen. We have ultra-fast broadband (fibre-to-the-premises) and multiple Wi-Fi access points, so you should find the coverage and speed fine - even in the garden! We can also offer wired connectivity in any of our properties, if you need it.

Yes - we can provide bicycle storage. We have a few different options here, from simply undercover to locked in a 20ft steel container and would be happy to show you your options on arrival. We're also happy to report that Suffolk is a low-crime area

We're 10 miles away from the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere - a popular destination for lots of our guests! We normally allow 20 - 25 minutes to drive there and you'll find plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging on arrival (adjacent to their excellent visitors centre and cafe / restaurant - which produces amazing cheese scones!).

Hi Andrew. We can erect temporary 80cm-high mesh fencing to enclose the rear patio area of each of our Studios, but our gardens & courtyard are shared with guests in adjacent properties - so are therefore open and visited by roaming chickens & ducks.

Yes - we welcome well-behaved dogs (max. two per property), for which we charge £25 per animal per stay. Our chickens & ducks are free-roaming, but there are public footpaths passing through the farm and plenty of dog-friendly pubs & beaches locally!

Hi Debra. Yes - all of these things are included. The towels are naturally for use at the property, so you'll need to bring your own for the beach!

Hi Pauline. Yes - we have a spacious car park, so no issues there. The bathroom is upstairs in our 1 Bedroom Granary and 2-Bedroom Family Cottages. If a downstairs bathroom was a requirement, then we also have ground floor Stables Studios available.

Bruisyard Hall is around five miles away, so just 12-15 minutes by car. Their wedding guests often choose to stay here and local taxi companies can provide a straight-forward transfer between the two locations.

All three of our Studios are in the same building (the Stables) and are therefore next to each other. Each has an individual west-facing patio. The Cottages in the Granary building opposite have access to the communal gardens, but nothing dedicated.

We wish your visit could be under different circumstances, but - yes - "needing accommodation to attend a funeral" is specifically permitted under the lockdown rules currently in force in England and we'd therefore be delighted to have you stay.

We expect that the information you're looking for is in our Accessibility Statement - which you can find on the Mollett's Farm web site. All three of our studios have 90cm wide entrance and wet-room doors, if that's what you're needing to know.

The lovely Friday Street Farm Shop & Cafe Restaurant is 500m away (walkable via public footpaths) and includes a fish-mongers and butchers. Nearest two pubs are 2.5 miles away, with another three 3 miles away. All of which can be recommended.
