“This wasn't just a stay, but a complete experience! Diane the host welcomed us as we drove up the tree-lined drive and into the farmyard. After a quick briefing we were directed to our shepherd's hut somewhere in the distance. Our lovely fenced-in hut in a corner of a field was ideal for ourselves and our two small dogs. There were sheep in the field, and two very welcoming horses. Barbecue facilities allowed us to dine al fresco, and enjoy the warm evening atmosphere. The hut was as comfortable as you could imagine, and had a small log burner to take the chill off. Approximately 100 yards away, back on the farm complex, we had the use of our own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; all with a quirky rustic design and decor. Bacon, eggs, bread etc were provided for a DIY breakfast. The hosts have thought of everything, with just that little bit extra here and there, and made us feel very welcome on their farm.”

“Set in a beautiful location on a working farm. Such a wonderful quirky dwelling. We lit our fire pit, had a few drinks before heading off to the White Hart Inn for dinner. The owners Diana and David were so welcoming and such lovely people.”

“Brilliant stay at Molly's Hut - a perfect venue for going off-grid in confort! The back-to-basics but beautifully (and comfortably!) furnished hut was perfect for switching off. The private bathroom and kitchen a very short walk away fulfilled all our needs and we had great fun cooking breakfast together in the morning. Diana was so welcoming - we will definitely be back!”

“The hut is very unique and very cute. You get your own fenced off garden area with a fire pit and a view of the hills and the two lovely sheep in the next field. We brought our 9 month old puppydog. He was allowed to roam free and had the time of his little life! My boyfriend and I were doing a little tour of where I grew up and this was the perfect place to stay before coming home.”

“On arrival we were greeted by Diane who showed us around the farm and facilities. There was a home made lemon drizzle cake ready as well. The kitchen had everything you needed for self catering, fridge, cutlery, cooking equipment and small cooker. Everything you needed for Breakfast, bacon, egg, cereal and bread was included as well. It was nice to have towels and bedding included as well. A lovely little hut which was very comfortable and snug, beautifully decorated with fairy lights and a mini log burner. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well as it was so peaceful. Outside there was a table and chair and a fire pit for lovely summer evenings. We had company of two sheep in the nearby field who were very friendly. A great treasure of a place to stay and would highly recommend it.”

“The location within a paddock area. Being different from the usual holiday accommodation. The friendly host. A local pub within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Fire pit and barbeque outside hut. Two pairs of Wellington boots provided for walking across damp grass to access toilet at night. Hot powerful shower (albeit in different building)”
