Nice warm hotel. The room is spacious for the three of us. Love the amenities & the varities of tea/coffee. We even got a warm chocolate cookies each. Location is great, the shambles and market is within walking distance. Will stay here again

IndonesiaWe have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and we have never wanted to stay at any other hotel but this. The location is perfect in the heart of York, the breakfasts are amazing as all the food is. Staff are wonderful, helpful and always have a smile. I am disabled, so the wonderful staff are very very helpful should I need any assistance.
