Monmouth Street townhouse is a super grade 2 listed building on the corner of Monmouth Street and Princes Street. The house offers comfortable and stylish accommodation set over 4 floors. On the ground floor entrance level, there is a dining room and a living room. Down the stairs leads to the fully fitted kitchen and utility room with a washing machine, freezer and separate toilet. Upstairs leads to the first floor where there is 1 x double bedroom and 1 x single bedroom and a further staircase leads up to the top floor where you will find 1 x double bedroom and a 1 x separate bathroom with a bath/shower combined. It is worth mentioning that there are 3 sets of stairs at the property with the kitchen and dining room on separate levels so please do consider this if anyone in your group could be restricted by this.
We love living in beautiful Bath and everything it has to offer. We have two young children that keep us busy and we love to spend time exploring Bath, walking in the woods and cycling along the canal discovering beautiful new places to visit.
The location is very central and offers some great foodie adventures. Starting with Colonna and Small which is a fantastic contemporary cafe with minimalist decor offering speciality coffees alongside various cakes. Comins Fine Tea Merchants is a tea shop and suppliers and just a few doors away from the property. There is also new Indian street food cafe adding a touch of spice to the area called Chaiwalla on Kingsmead Square. The Ustinov Theatre Bath, The Theatre Royal, The Komedia, Bath Odeon and Little Picture House are all a stones throw away!
