“The room was absolutely lovely, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and bright, refurbished bathroom with shower. And the view over Monsal Dale was spectacular with comfy chairs to sit on while gazing out at the view. A well stocked tea and coffee tray with added extras like bottled water and a mini decanter of sherry. The staff were attentive and helpful. Jason the duty manager went out of his way to make us welcome as did the other staff but didn't find out their names. ”
