The breakfast room was cramped and staff seemed busy. As we approached only one plate for hot food. Staff did get some but eye was off the ball one greeter and he looked after floor maybe 2 needed. Food genuinely good after. Ver courteous

My room was in the town house opposite. Very nice big comfortable room with large windows, large bathroom with bath/shower. Wooden floors lovely furniture. All very nicely done. Location is central - ideal for Arena/shops etc. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very friendly and gave the impression of enjoying their jobs.
