Your receptionist Andra was the first member of staff we met. She was wonderful. After that, we met Marvin and lots of others, but I didn’t get their names. Those in housekeeping, dining area and bar were very attentive, without being overbearing. We will return.

A great place with excellent restaurant attached where the food and service are great. Rooms are modern and contemporary with very comfy beds and outstanding levels of housekeeping. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The breakfast was beyond excellent! On top of the perfect pre-ordered (gluten-free in my case) breakfast, there was a whole array of other things to add including cheeses, cold meats, cereals etc. Peter was a very welcoming, charming and friendly host. The room was beautiful. I hadn't realised that check-out was at 9am but when I said I'd like to stay in the room until 10 (preparing for a meeting), Peter said that was fine and that he would inform the cleaners.
Overlooking the River Chelmer, these apartments are in a quiet, central area of Chelmsford. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a 42-inch plasma-screen TV with full Sky channel package.

great for a family. spacious. comfortable beds and couches.
Chelmsford has good shops and restaurants. When we travel down by train we have easy access around places using the bus service. Train and bus stations or taxis are easy to get to. One of our favorite places to eat was the indian restaurant in Moulsham street.

Chelmsford is a lovely, friendly city with a great atmosphere. Shopping is a dream here and the old buildings in it give it character and charm. It is also clean and tidy. Can't wait to go back. Public transport is very good.

Great fun for the hen do!
Great fun for the hen do! The best taxi firm in Essex we found, after a lot of hassle from others, was ‘Your Cabbie’. Graham was our driver and was our knight in shining taxi! 01245 354040, highly recommend!

Having lived in Chelmsford since 1960 i have seen lots of changes, i have now moved away but still go back to visit family, it is a lovely town with lots of nice shops and plenty of places to eat. There is a Cathedral in the centre of town which is worth going to see.Not much more to say except that it is a good place to visit if you are in nearby Colchester and the coastal towns of Clacton Walton and Frinton.
1) The booking attracted a discounted rate. The location suited us as it was fairly close to family who live near by.
2) The bedding appeared to be clean, though we were reluctant to check beneath the pillow & mattress protectors!
3) Sufficient utensils and crockery.
4) There is a bus stop outside the property should you wish to visit Chelmsford town centre.
5) Co-Op around the corner to buy essentials.
6) This is a good sized property. It could be significantly improved without too much expense.
This property is beautifully located by the River Chelmer in an upmarket development a few minutes walk just outside of Chelmsford city centre. The apartment is in a brand new development with modern furnishings, comfortable beds and sofa. Everything was exquisitely clean with adequate toilet roll etc. The host was very helpful and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. All pictures matched the apartment and was not dated or innacurate. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean place. Very comfortable beds.
Hotel staff members were more than nice.
Very helpful with everything. They helped us a lot with our needs.
They made everything they could to help us with our travel plans.
The hotel´s elevator was an awesome adventure for the kids.
Perfect location for visiting Chelmsford. Everything necessary is within walking distance.
Excellent location, very close to a big supermarket and a Pure Gym, and all of Chelmsford town centre is immediately accessible on foot. A short walk from the station too
Flat was spacious, comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. Situated in a nice building.
Host was very responsive and quick to answer any queries.
I would book this room again.
A fabulous peaceful location for visiting Chelmsford. There was ample parking, with electric charging points, and a really good breakfast selection of both cooked and ‘continental’ foods. The staff were amongst the most professional and attentive of any hotel of a comparable standard that we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.
The property was fantastic value and well situated in the centre of Chelmsford. The flat itself was well-stocked and comfortable. The balcony was lovely.
We left an expensive suit in the flat the both Pass the Property and the cleaners who found the suit were really helpful in getting it returned.
The room was very good although the shower a little narrow. Having said that it had plenty of power in the shower.
It was great to be able to park on the premises in the centre of Chelmsford (which is very congested from a traffic point of view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very clean and well maintained. All the facilities that you can find in your home were available. Will love to book this again when in visit Chelmsford.
