*The plus point comes at the end. Breakfast was empty of most items when we came down, which was late to be fair (9.20). The host put on some sausages but it was a bit meagre to say the least. However, I didn't mention it beyond a "there's not much left" statement. And to be very fair on the host they refunded us the full cost of breakfast at the end. Considering we had tried what was available from service, and were satisfied to a point, this extra gesture took the experience up a level, in terms of customer service. A kind and appreciated extra step, as we'd made the choice ourselves to pick at what was left for breakfast service.

Nice place still in walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice room and bath. I would had appreciated a bit more desk space with a proper chair since i had to do some work but it was ok.

The location was great and the check in was easy. Parking was cheap on site. The room was really nice and very clean. It was a small room but we didn't need any bigger for one night.

Clean and excellent hotel. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room but everything else brilliant. Close to the center and position is next to the canal which was enjoyable walk to the city. Will stay again there.
