United KingdomMadeleine was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for us - very close to RSPB Minsmere Reserve, and other areas of interest. The bed was very comfortable, and great thought was put into managing possible problems of Covid (breakfast in our room/on the patio). The breakfast was lovely - we recommend scrambled egg on home-made toasted bread! We have been shown all the possible rooms, and will be back.

Mulleys Cottage (Bed and Breakfast) is a very special property surrounded by a beautiful garden. There are two outside annex rooms, Both with a double bed. Both rooms are very private and have an area outside where you can sit. The property is grade II listed. There is parking at the cottage, but a lot of guests prefer to use the free car park within a 2 minute walk. The cottage is about 500 years old and was originally two cottages. There is a large extra bedroom upstairs with a super king sized bed and its own sitting room.
This property is very close to Minsmere bird reserve. There are lots of lovely walks around the area. Within the village are two excellent pubs for food. Westleton Crown and Westleton White Horse. Also there is a very good book shop and village shop. Westleton is close to Dunwich, Southwold, Aldeburgh where there are some lovely beaches and shopping.
