A warm welcome to the property which is presented at the highest possible specification, beautifully decorated throughout with large king size bedroom, kitchen diner with all kitchen equipment, crockery, pots and pans and utensils. A luxury bathroom with large shower shower area with bench. The property is centrally located, walking distance of approximately 20 minutes, or a short bus ride to all of the top attractions, Edinburgh Castle, the High Street, Grass market, Royal Mile, Princes and George Streets.
We sold our Canadian service businesses and moved as a family to beautiful Edinburgh! Initially, as a magical and historical destination, we fell in love with the city. The longer we stayed and the more time spent with Scots and the people of Edinburgh, the better our experience was until we decided to settle here! A fascinating and historic city filled with wonderful people. We would be proud to host you in our property at Haymarket or our property at Murrayfield, ensuring we provide you with the best experience possible!!
The property is situated in a vibrant and happy community with ample free parking in the surrounding residential streets. A short 5 minute walk will take you to the Edinburgh Depot tram stop, situated right beside Murrayfield's famous rugby stadium, hosting international rugby matches sporting events, and high profile concerts, in August 2025 the OASIS event will be happening at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium. There is also a well stocked Tesco express, the Roseburn Bar and Murrayfield Bar, a number of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, hairdressers, barbers, a key cutting and watch repairers, simply fix it computer repairs shop, a picture framers, property sales and solicitors, a dentist, and an Indian and a Chinese takeaway. There is a park to the rear of the property, ideal for dog walking or taking a stroll. The Water of Leith canal side, a beautiful and tranquil walk with cycle path leading to the Dean Village and to Stockbridge. Frequent tram and bus services into and out of the city and frequent and reliable services by bus and tram to the Edinburgh airport.
