from the moment I entered the hotel I was made very welcome by the senior staff as always happens when I stay at this hotel. the hotel was immaculate for cleanliness and the staff including waitress and cleaners welcomed you with a good morning. hotel vry nice staff excellant especially at breakfast young lad made us feal very welcome liked the shower i have stayed in numerous hotels in yarmouth but your showers beat them all we were not on a tour but the tour people were very nice and sociable drink prices in the evening were excellent as was bar staff

Very glad I booked into this Hotel. I was struggling to find last minute accommodation for a few days in peak season but was fortunate enough to find availability for 5 adults in three rooms at a very reasonable price I think. Very well situated for entertainment, amusements, eating, shopping. Room with sea view. I thought it would be noisier (obvious wake up call from the seagulls/early morning traffic) as we always leave windows open, but not too bad. Lifts to all floors. Lounge bar. Entertainment/Bingo most nights. Option of breakfast/evening meal when booking. Cleanliness. Nice and quiet at night, no noise/rowdiness from other guests. Wifi in public areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a really lovely family friendly hotel which I would definitely return to.

  • Are you disable friendly without steps can walk but not very well thank you

  • Hi do you have disabled entrance we both use mobility scooters. would we be able to bring them in your hotel and charge them. . Mrs A Bellhouse.

    Good Morning, Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have private car parking. Reception provide a permit ticket for a cost of £5.00 for 24 hours so you can parking in any A ZONE,permit holders streets. Regards, Alvaro

  • Do you have WiFi in all the bedrooms please

    WIFI is available in the hotel on the ground floor areas only, however depending on your room the signal is strong enough to reach some of the bedroom areas. We are currently looking to install WIFI accross the hotel. Regards

  • Hi im looking for 3 nites sat 16 till mon19 oct. .my dream is to have seaview . . Its saying 162. 00 for 3 nites but i was told 216 for 3 nites my husband is disabled i carent aford that is the price write . .ive all ways wanted to stay there . But its a lot of money . Is that right
