A good size bathroom with a nice slipper tub made for an enjoyable bath. All the staff were VERY friendly & helpful. No lift but very nice staff to bring bags to our room. We enjoyed our short stay very much!

The property has a green vista, with paddocks and copses of trees filling the middle distance. The building itself is stately, and in good weather there are chairs, tables and a glassed-in area outside from which to enjoy the vista. Inside, the building has an old-world charm with tall ceilings and stately appointments. Our room was large, well furnished and comfortable with a large en suite. The windows in the bedroom revealed the view towards Cardiff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the service was great. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
