The hotel vibe is brilliant. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the bar and lounge are used constantly by the locals, be it coffee and cake or excellent kept real ale. Breakfast is extremely tasty. Also the food and menu choices on the Tuesday night which wasn't curry night were outstanding. There was at least five choices and would have tried them all during our stay if given the chance.

Nikita in particular welcomed us on arrival and gave very good advice and assistance during the stay. Michael was also very helpful and friendly and engaged in a joke or 2. Overall the stay was really good value for money and we would recommend it strongly to others especially a waking group like ours.

  • Please can you confirm that if I book the 4 bed dormitory we will have the room ( 3x bunk beds ) for the three of us .......ie not shared with others. Does the room have wc and shower? Regards Peter J Nelson

  • Do you have any rooms with two single beds ,as my daughter and myself intend going fishing

    Hi We certainly do. The king room with bed settee can be set up as 2 beds, the king/twin room with private facilities can be set up as twin and the dorm rooms are bunk beds so they are also separate beds.

    Hi, There is no charge for dogs unless additional cleaning is required. We are dog friendly in both the bar and a section of the restaurant plus you can also bring the dog down whilst having breakfast. Regards Chris
