After booking successfully to any Manor Stays Ltd rentals, you'll receive an email from charge automation asking for your pre-authorization of the security deposit. You'll be asked to enter your card details, and the amount will be pre-authorized (hold) until your check-out date. If no damage occurs during your stay, we will automatically release the hold of the amount, and it'll be directed to your bank account, which will take 5-10 business days. In case of any damages that occur during your stay, your pre-authorization will allow us to collect the security deposit amount that we need to repair or replace the damage.
