The room was clean, well decorated and a good size, with a comfy bed. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and were excellent! Unfortunately, because of the time of year(November) the restaurant was closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. When we did get to eat in there, the food was superb!

This converted 18th-century farmhouse is on Hayling Island, 12 miles from Portsmouth city center. Newton House has free Wi-Fi and free parking, just half a mile from the nearby beach.

  • Our child is 4 years old & so cannot stay in her own room. Can we have a sofa bed/pull out bed in our double room for her or do you have a family room
