No 21 was built at the turn of the last century during the Edwardian period and the interior has been tastefully decorated by the present owners with all rooms being spacious and offering en-suite facilities. There are five letting rooms each with a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. There is access to an iron and ironing board. Free internet access. No 21 is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the local bus and train stations are approximately five-ten minutes walk away. The property is conveniently situated for visits to or working at the County and Nuffield Hospitals as well as the Sixth Form College, Hereford and Ludlow College, Hereford Art College and the Royal National College for the Blind. The Courtyard Theatre is also not that far away. There is a delightful dining room where guests can enjoy a hearty English breakfast made with local Herefordshire produce. Continental breakfast is also provided. Breakfast is served between 7.00 am and 9.30 am weekdays and 8.00 am until 10.00 am on weekends. The house stands back from the main road with a large area for car parking. . There is a small patio with a summerhouse at the front of the property where guests can sit on a nice day.
My husband and I purchased the property as a pension plan but unfortunately he passed away in November after suffering a long illness. So now I fill my time with going out with friends. I enjoy gardening and I have two children of my own as well as an extended family who keep me busy.
The property is situated in a leafy suburb on the edge of the City limits but within a ten minutes walk of the city centre. Hereford itself is located in the middle of Herefordshire making it an ideal base to visit the neighbouring market towns of Leominster, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Hay-on-Wye which is famous for its bookshops
