Location was ideal. Facilities were up to a good standard. Breakfasts were very good. Room was as a standard I would expect, clean, tidy, good en suite, tea and coffee facilities.

very friendly staff . Hotel undergoing a makeover. Its a big banger of a place -old coaching inn-none of your style ?s really apply-and must eat the £s in upgrading . access way needs re taring as it looks shabby. Liked new bar onto street. Arundel a lovely place and we found a wonderful eatery -The Parsons which was a cut above everything else we ate. They know how to run a restaurant. Also the Castle was great and albeit expensive c 15£ each I would have paid that just to see the tulip display which was outstanding . Trips out to Littlehampton and lancing fun . Plenty to do and could easily have spent 5 nights.

A hotel with plenty of character excellently situated in a lovely location. We had an unexpected view of the castle over the rooftops from our bedroom window. Breakfasts were tasty, with a good buffet selection and a fish alternative to the full english, and the evening meal we had one night was excellent.

The price my partner paid for our excecutive double room we was very disappointed in...considering we paid £187 including £5 for the car park charge we was expecting bit more for our money and the only thing we got was a king size bed in a small room.wasnt nothing great about it..the staff were very pleasant I must say
