Staff staff staff! they truly make the experience wonderful. from checkin to breakfast staff. Definitely my go to place when I travel to Nottingham now. thank you

Everything was perfect from checking in btw you receive a hot fresh cookie what's not to love lol. The room was perfect they also included a crib as I requested for my baby. Very comfortable stay best hotel stayed in so far 🙂

Room was excellent. Very friendly staff when booking in and in restaurant at breakfast.

Modern and very clean hotel. Staff all professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast. The room was grand with a massive rain drop shower and bath. Very comfortable.

Clean, very covid aware, nice staff, good food, car parking and public transport Literally outside the door so I could leave my car in safe parking and go into Nottingham via bus - tram stop a little further away but was park and ride so could use that if oreferred

The hotel is luxurious and staff are very friendly

Location great for what we needed visiting family rooms fab beds so comfy great night sleep bar was nice and spacious

Everything went well but the bed was a bit too soft and the heater too hot overnight.

When we asked to change rooms, everything was handled promptly and efficiently.
