Please note we will be carrying out roof refurbishment at the Novotel York. This work will commence on 5th September 2022 and is due for completion around May 2023.
The work is expected to be carried out Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays and Weekends). Approximate timing is from 09:00 each morning until about 17:00.
In our quest to enhance our guests' experience, our swimming pool will be closed indefinitely to undergo a refurbishment. We will update our website once refurbishment is complete and the pool reopens. We will also be carrying out elevator refurbishment work until around October 2023. The works are expected to be carried out Monday to Friday between approximately 9am and 5pm. We apologize for this.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal representatives. Third person named by parents must present their written authorization (certified signature).
Please note that the credit card used to book must be presented on arrival. The hotel is fully cashless.
