Set within a grand Victorian mansion, the hotel features 28 bedrooms and 8 suites, most of which enjoy spectacular views of the lakes and gardens. All rooms are beautifully furnished and individually designed, many with antique furnishings, Persian rugs and lots of extra touches to give that home-away-from-home feeling. The area plays host to a wide variety of activities, from shopping and sightseeing in nearby Chester, to motor racing at the nearby Oulton Park Racing Circuit, or country pursuits such as clay pigeon and laser shooting, archery and golf. For the more adventurous, hot air ballooning and off-road racing are also available nearby.
