Excellent stay through Covid and hotel's measures were spot on giving us comfort we were indeed in safe hands. The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to make us and more importantly, our toddler, feel special. Hotel facilities including the swimming pool were top notch.

  • How much is the spa charge

    Use of the health club facilities is included in your overnight stay. This includes the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Also the gym facilities which includes free weights, cardio and a functional training zone. Spa treatments are charged and we do advise advance booking as it does get fully booked.

    Hello, We have 2 accessible rooms which are on the 1st floor accessed by a lift. These can be either double or twin bedded and have full wet room facilities. There is 1 step to reception but we can provide a ramp and to the restaurant. Dawn

  • Do you have a disabled room , if so which category is it? Is it cheaper to book direct? Does bathroom have a rollin shower. I cannot walk at all. Enid jones

    We have 2 accessible rooms which have wet room shower rooms, these both come under the classic double category but are actually of a deluxe standard. The price is the same but to guarantee this room call our reservations team
