The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

United KingdomCheap and cheerful B&B. Beautiful Victorian house. Great to find a single room! Clean, comfortable and parking on site. Excellent location just minutes from the station with direct link to Manchester. Marple and Marple Bridge have lots of local amenities.

United KingdomWasn't sure about staying here as it looked a little dated but the pictures didn't do the property justice. It was quirky but really clean and comfortable and a really great price. The older lady working was straight to the point but a really lovely woman and genuinely interested in your stay. I had chose this B and B as I was attending a Man City game and was getting the train in from the local station and the next morning she was interested in finding out how the game was for me and had an interesting back story of her own to tell me. Had a great nights sleep and a good breakfast the next day, fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again if doing something similar in the area.

Traditional guest house with great views and walks. Weare Only 15 mins by car to Stockport and 35 mins by car to Manchester Large free car park free wifi . Good rail links to Manchester 20 mins by train easy to go to Football both Manchester city and United matches We are in the buzzing village of Marple and Marple Bridge Great Restaurants / cinema, shops, and bars just 5 minutes walk away We cater for all types working in the area or Just having a break . .Only half an hour to Edale by car or train . Lots of Mountain Bike trails. farmer Johons Down Hill track very near by.
Welcome to oakfield Lodge. Some say Home from Home . We are a family business and have been in Marple since the 1950s . Lorraine is the owner helped by her Son Spencer .
Marple village has lots to offer within a 6 minute walks, shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema, trains to manchester 20 mins last train back leaves Piccadilly at 11.30 pm , canal walks, cycling /mountain bike rides . God links to Matlock ,Buxton ,Chatsworth Edale etc Marple Bridge 5mins down the hill has a very good lively atmosphere with new trendy restaurants and pubs ./ bars open late .A Really good night out . Stockport is a 13min bus ride away with Market and lots of shopping plus Hat museum and Air Rade Shelters .
