United KingdomFacilities were well-fitted and very clean. All comms and info were clear and timely. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets, loo roll etc. Check in and check out were both very easy due to key code entry.
United KingdomI loved that as soon as you open the front door you're looking right over the ocean and St. Ives (especially as my room looked into the courtyard rather than the ocean). The staff member I spoke to on the phone when I had an issue with my room keypad was lovely and helpful, as was the housekeeper who I met briefly. Kitchen was also well equipped for making food, room was smallish but cosy and clean.

United KingdomIt’s very close to St Ives train station and one minute into the shopping centre. The view from the sea view room no five is very good. The room contains a huge main window with comfortable chairs to sit and look over St Ives harbour and the sea, very impressive view.

Easy to access from the centre of town and from the station, and is also near the bus station (which I used to get over to and back from Penzance). I didn't use it, but there is a shared kitchen with fridge etc.
