The hotel itself is very beautiful and nicely decorated. The King suite was very spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful en suite bathroom. This place definitely had the friendliest staff out of all the places we stayed on our trip. Although, there are no tv’s in the rooms if that is something you are looking for.

This wonderfully restored steamship makes an extra special B&B. The whole experience was exceptional, from the beautifully appointed rooms, excellent staff and general overall comfort. Breakfast was full of top quality choices. Private parking was supplied, and the location could not have been better for experiencing the nightlife of Leith. We will most certainly return!

Breakfast was described as light continental, but it has many cold things to choose from - a great start of the day! The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Location is great, 30 minutes walk (otherwise the bus stop is just around the corner) from busy Edinburgh. There are many restaurants in the area. The boat is so charming and cosy. Don't forget to visit the bar in the evening!

Fantastic breakfast and view. Afternoon cocktails were superb. Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed hoping on Bus 35 or 16 to take us into the city and enjoyed the local restaurant in the evening by the waterfront. Highly recommend Lind and Lime Distillery tour.
