The hotel has a friendly, homely atmosphere and I could see how return visitors were welcomed like old friends - delightful! The garden is wonderful, something I really value when travelling away from home. The breakfast was delicious and very prompt which is great when you're travelling for work reasons. I hope I need to stay in the area again!

The staff were very friendly, made up a table for our take-away meal and even cleared up after for us. Breakfast was very filling

The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Great hotel, perfect location for Cadbury World and Botanical Gardens. Lovely Reception Team. Beautiful bar and garden area. Would stay again.

The room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Location, ambience, STAFF are fabulous. Lovely welcome, delicious cooked breakfast. Lovely garden and decking.

Well-kept, very clean and delicious breakfast in beautifully arranged dining room.

The property, located within a 5 minute walk to the train station and Cadbury World, is modern and comfortable. They were very mindful of Covid protocols which was greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was lovely and a good portion . Location is quite but within 20 minutes of central Birmingham ( Train or Car ) . Although this was the first single bed i had slept in in quite a few years , it was surprisingly comfortable . Towels were fresh , clean , white and fluffly . Tea making facilities and a small bottle of water provided . Although it was a hot day the room was lovely and cool .

We were very well looked after including a bar and a very large garden. The breakfast tables were well spaced out and the Full English breakfast was great. We were in a very nice part of Birmingham with good transport links to all the Commonwealth Games venues that we went to.
