Very relaxed check-in / check-out procedure. Personal and helpful. Absolutely LOVED the mini-frdge in the room. The location is a quick and beautiful walk into the city centre. Close to grocery store. We didn't use the kitchen or lounge as we were only there overnight, and got in very late, but they looked comfortable and well stocked.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We visit Orkney a few times a year but have never stayed here before. It’s better than some of the hotels and certainly better value for money. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked very clean, well organised and well stocked with basic ingredients.

  • Hi, As the ferry from Aberdeen to Kirkwall arrives at 11pm, I was wondering if it's possible to make an exception for a check in shortly after 11pm. All best, Joanna
    For late arrivals we leave your keys in an envelope with your name on it inside the front door.

  • Do I need a lock for the lockers?
    We have laptop lockers at reception which are free but no lockers big enough for bags.

  • hi, is there anywhere undercover to store bicycles?
    We have a locked shed where you can store your bikes. Just need to ask for key before arrival but will be for other guests to use too.
