Sadly only one large towel per person and no hand towel.
Sadly only one large towel per person and no hand towel. Not very clean and could do with complete place updating. Breakfast selection could have been better and of better quality. All seems lower quality products on offer.

Great night life.
Great night life. Amazingly friendly atmosphere, The Ibetha of South Yorkshire.
A nice Market, plenty of shops. Good Taxi Service. Excellent Rail Connection. Love it!!
The Red Lion (Weatherspoons) in the Market Square is excellent !!
Large bright fresh modern room. Large bath room with bath & walk in shower. Spotless clean. I LOVE the art Deco features everywhere. Hotel front, Lobby, bar, restaurant and ballroom are striking. Great service. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good quality, generous and good variety of options. We also had dinner, standard pub type menu with plenty of popular options, cooked and presented nicely. Hotel is centrally located. Close to racecourse, town centre and a short easy drive to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
FANTASTIC TWO NIGHT STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF AT CHECK IN, MASSIVE CLEAN WARM ROOM NO ROAD NOISE EVEN THOUGH ROAD FRONT ROOM. BED REALLY COMFY ROOM EXCEPTIONALY CLEAN BRILLIANT SHOWER, BREAKFAST CAVARY JUST DELIGHTFUL AND TASTY AND AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EAT, DINNER CARVARY GREAT CHOICE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EAT AND VERY CHEAP AT £5.99 JUST AMAZING. I WAS THERE ON BUSINESS AND HAD MY FATHER WITH ME HOWEVER I FELT SAFE ENOUGH AS A SINGLE LADY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL, GREAT PARKING TOO.
second time staying in this hotel as a family of four with our dog. there’s a reason we returned. we were lucky enough to have the same room on both occasions which is huge!! with three double beds and a massive shower area with double sink we loved it. one of the best hotel rooms Iv stayed in. the staff are lovely and friendly and the grounds are lovely for a dog walk , the bar area is lovely and peaceful, we will be back when visiting family and friends in the area.
Room was huge. Air-source heating was really good. Breakfast comprehensive and porridge cooked at request was delicious. Reception staff really helpful. We wanted to visit Doncaster town centre and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which made it very easy. There is also a Park and Ride a mile further on but it didn't look much used.
Evening meal was good. Ample parking. Lovely gardens and good local footpaths at the right time of year.
The customer service is appalling. I was left abandoned in Doncaster town centre, alone and scared. I had nowhere to go and was not given access to my room. My phone ran out of charge after many unanswered calls and messages backwards & forwards. I booked and paid months ago. It has been so distressing for me- I’m not well at all today and still very much upset after walking miles in the middle of the night to get to safety.
We have stayed in dozens of guest houses over the years and this was by far the best one we have stayed in. The owner Tracy was extremely friendly. The location was fab, 10 minute walk to the racecourse and only £3.50 in a taxi coming back from the town centre on the night time.
The room was lovely and bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was very tasty.
We will certainly be staying here again when we next visit Doncaster.
I liked the breakfast it was nice had alot of options. It was good because they had shampoo and soap there and they gave us a spare keycard .They also give you towels . It was very helpful to have housekeeping to clean our room while we were out and did not pressure you if you are still in the rooms. The hotel also has a lift . They give you free ice you just need to ask for a glass .They also have a bar.
The apartment was fantastic for what we needed it for. Brill location for visiting surrounding attractions. The area itself was fine for shops and food places ,We only needed a bed as we were out all the time.
Michel was amazing for helping with enquiries and providing info we needed.
I liked the style of the hotel outside gave me feeling of a vintage style like the Jeeves and Wooster vibe the furniture carried on into the reception with the seating area dinning room and bar had the same vibe to was looking forward to seeing my room by this point
We liked the situation nearby town centre with nice outlook onto communal garden. Close to Doncaster dome where we were going for a seminar. Walking distance to bus & train stations. Chap at reception offered great advice on places to eat.
Amazing hotel and room. We had a family room with balcony and the bed was comfortable with great shower facilities. Breakfast was not bad but the food from the menu was expensive with very small portions.
The bedroom area of the hotel was quiet, and the location was good, close to bus stops and about a 10 minute bus ride away from the town centre. The cooked breakfast was excellent.
We liked it was close to Doncaster town centre and the house was good because it was dog friendly which is very important to us. 3 bedrooms is also a must for us.
I had a comfortable stay, very spacious and clean room and bathroom, quiet and green area, comfy bed, good restaurant. the personnel were friendly and caring.
