Friendliness of the staff. Good service. Lovely relaxing surroundings.
United KingdomAbsolutely beautiful room, grounds and location. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and breakfast was amazing too. The porridge was actually the nicest I've ever tasted and I lived in Scotland for 10 years.....can't wait to be able to go back!

Wonderful old building in beautiful, well maintained and spacious grounds. Very impressive and calming water feature in the courtyard where our room was. Peaceful atmosphere to the whole place! Our room had been designed to cater for disabled visitors, and been done so very thoughtfully. A very friendly and helpful welcome was more than appreciated.
