Excellent location in old town Padstow with the harbour just round the corner. Appartment is spotless, modern, well-equiped with comfy bed, lovely shower, towels, gowns and free toiletries. Exclusive use of the fabulous hot tub up on the garden patio (even in the winter wind a rain) ready to climb into and cleaned between each stay. Paula and team helpful and friendly. Love this place.

Dating back to the 17th-century, Duke House has been renovated to offer luxury apartments with traditional Cornish architecture, modern amenities and patios, in the Cornwall coastal town of Padstow.

The spacious apartments are decorated in light colors, have wood flooring throughout, original wooden beams and exposed Cornish stonework.

The lounge includes a flat-screen TV with DVD player, CD player, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa. They lead to a patio area with garden furniture and a parasol.

The open-plan kitchen/dinner consists of a dishwasher, oven/hob and fridge. All kitchenware is provided and there is a dining table and chairs.

Rick Stein’s Café and Padstow Harbor are a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful coastal footpaths and sandy beaches are close by and Newquay is a 15-minute drive away.

Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.7 for a two-person trip.

  • Is this dog friendly ? Is there parking ?

    Hi, We have several dog friendly properties. They are Malt Cottage, Gelly Cott, Mary Dann. We can arrange complimentary car parking at the car aprk 2-5 mins walk away. Kindest Regards

    HI Beth, Yes it is, our hot tub is completely private for the use of Dukes R & not shared, & we also completly drain, clean following guidelines
