Paramount Luxury Apartments - - “Exceeds Expectations” This fine period building was recently and extensively renovated to create 5 beautiful one-bedroomed apartments, each complete with its own private bathroom; kitchen, and lounge with dining area. These superb apartments are the ultimate in high quality Serviced Apartments, with an emphasis on style and comfort and creating a thoroughly tranquil and relaxing environment. All apartments have large screen smart TVs with SKY + and ultra-fast Internet, and are luxuriously furnished throughout, even to the extent of Egyptian cotton bed linen from the company holding a Royal Warrant for supplying bedding to the Royal Household. The apartments are a mere 5 minute walk to the beach and to the renowned Royal Lytham St.Annes Golf Club, and are within a 10 minute drive from 3 other Championship Golf Courses. Our interests are quite eclectic, but naturally we enjoy travelling and experiencing rich cultures and beautiful architecture, from which certain aspects of the restoration; renovation, and furnishings of Paramount Apartments emanate. Our aim is to help ensure that you enjoy every aspect of your stay in one of our apartments, and that your experience exceeds your expectations and inspires you to want to return.
The apartments are located in a quiet residential area, only a 5 minute stroll to the promenade and beach, and also to the renowned Royal Lytham St.Annes Golf Club. It is only a 7 minute walk to the Town Centre of St.Anne’s Square with its shops; supermarkets; restaurants, and bars. The historic town of Lytham is only a 5 minute drive away, as are the other 3 championship golf courses of Fairhaven; Old Links, and Green Drive. An 8 minute walk from the apartments takes you to Ashton Gardens, which are well maintained and attractive public gardens located adjacent to St.Annes Square shopping centre.Visit the Pavilion Café for light refreshments. Blackpool is only a 10 minute drive along the coast, with its splendid promenade, and famous Tower Ballroom and Gaiety Theatres. Lytham Festival is held annually in July encompassing music, comedy and literary elements for all ages. The move to create a bigger and bolder event for the town follows the incredible success of the Proms over the past five years, and attracts a diverse range of well-known artistic talent.
